List your Wedding Car for Hire

Celebration Chauffeurs Ltd is a wedding car hire company with a difference. If you own a wedding car for hire and you wish to reach a larger audience then Celebration Chauffeurs is the company for you. We can assist your wedding car business by acting as a booking agent via our 'no risk' service.

How does it work?

The way it works is simple, you list your car on our website for free by completing our simple application form and we will review your car for adding to our list of wedding cars for hire. If successfull you will then need to provide us with a minimum of 5 images of each wedding car for hire along with the documentation to ensure the car is eligible for hire. This is to safeguard our customers and give them peace of mind that the wedding car they are hiring is legitimate.

Photo Tip!
To ensure you get the best possible listing on Celebration Chauffeurs it's best to take a variety of photos of your wedding car from different angles to give the user a good idea of what the customer will be booking. Always make sure you take the photos in a nice location (rather than in an ally by some bins) and ensure the car is cleaned beforehand as the user will be looking for the dream car for their big day. For best results make sure you're camera is on a good quality setting and email them to us. Don't worry about cropping them or removing the number plate, one of our designers will do this for you when creating your wedding car page.

When a user enquires about your wedding car you will be sent an email where you can check the date is available and quote your price based on the requirements of the customer. Once they receive the quotation (where we add our booking fee) and agree to the price you will be sent a preliminary booking notification. The customer will then send us the full payment in advance to secure the booking (which includes a non refundable cancellation deposit). Once payment has been recieved you will be sent confirmation with the full details of the customer and the job.

What happens if the customer cancels?

The customer may only cancel the booking up to 6 weeks in advance of the wedding date. If this happens we will refund the customer minus the non refundable deposit. You will be sent the balance of the non refundable deposit as compensation for the cancellation.

Requirements

Before your wedding car can be listed for hire on our website you will need to provide confirmation (by email) that you have a current MOT, you have current car insurance for wedding hire use, you have road tax (if applicable) and that you have public liability insurance. This is to safeguard our customers and give them peace of mind that the wedding car they are hiring is legitimate.

If you're car would make a great addition to our website we will email you for more images and your proof of MOT, Road Tax and Insurance.

Please Note: If you have more than one car available for hire please let us know and we will be in touch to collect the details. The image you supply is just for our reference, you will need to provide multiple images (the more images the better) when we've agreed to list your wedding car(s).
