Wedding Car Hire Bookings

Making a wedding car booking couldn't be simpler. Browse through our collection of wedding cars for hire and find the perfect car for your perfect day. Then follow the booking process as follows:

1. Find the car you wish to hire from our wedding car hire collection.
2. Complete the quotation form on the wedding car page you are interested in with as much detail as possible and then press submit.
3. We will then check that the date and times are available and email you with a quotation based on the information given.
4. If the quotation fits your budget please let us know by email and we will email you your an invoice which will need to be paid within 7 days. We will hold your wedding car preliminary booking for a 7 day period or until payment is received.
5. Once payment is received you will be sent confirmation of your booking details.
6. Sit back, relax and enjoy your big day!

Terms & Conditions

Every booking is made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Please read them before making a booking to ensure that you understand the legal position of all parties.

• When booking a wedding car the agreement is made between you (the customer) and the wedding car service operator. Celebration Chauffeurs Ltd merely acts as an agent (escrow) between the wedding car service operator and the customer (you) and is not responsible for their shortcomings. Celebration Chauffeurs Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays, personal loss, loss of service or any other damage or loss that arises from failure by the wedding car service operator.
• A booking is not confirmed until we receive full payment within 7 days of the preliminary booking.
• All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds.
• All prices quoted are inclusive of vat.
• Incorporated into the quotation is a £125.00 non-refundable deposit should you cancel the booking 6 weeks before the date the wedding car is booked for. If you wish to cancel the booking with less than 6 weeks before the booking date you will loose the entire payment made. This is due to the wedding car hire operator needing to fill the booking again before the date.
• In accordance of distance selling regulations you have a right to cancel the booking within 14 days of agreement.
• Celebration Chauffeurs Ltd requests and checks a copy of the service operators vehicle and insurance documentation before listing a wedding car for hire. Although we do 'spot checks' to check that they are up to date the condition of the wedding car you have booked including the mot and insurance cover is sole responsibility of the wedding car service operator and we cannot be held responsible for any related vehicle or insurance issues.
• Due to the nature of older cars things can go wrong. If for any reason the wedding car service operator fails to complete the booking Celebration Chauffeurs Ltd will make either a full or partial refund based on the criteria of the failure on a case by case basis.
